Refund policy

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your beauty and cosmetic items must be unused, unopened (with original packaging seals intact), and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that for skin health and hygiene reasons, opened, tested, or used cosmetic and beauty tool products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product defect.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
